Bridget Stevens – Efficiency Specialist, SolarDuring my time as an Environmental Science student at Saint Mary’s, it became clear to me that Nova Scotia is a leader in the energy efficiency industry. Being a part of positive change in our province is important to me, and I knew that working for EfficiencyOne ensures you are a part of a team that is taking action and creating lasting change in our province. In my final semester, my interest in the energy efficiency industry and a presentation from EfficiencyOne led me to apply for a position and I started less than a week after my convocation. I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, engaging and exciting job as my first career step out of university. The culture at EfficiencyOne is so positive, collaborative and driven, and it motivates me to do my best work every day. The people here genuinely care about the work we are doing and the positive impacts it has in Nova Scotia.
